Heartening news
A few short weeks ago, a comment was published on this blog concerning a lady with Stage IV mantle cell lymphoma. She received Zevalin radiommunotherapy for this rather uncommon form of lymphoma.
I have received a follow-up email from the patient's daughter. I am heartened (as a cardiologist, please allow me a favorite word); I am delighted to report that the large nodes have quickly disappeared. The patient and her physicians are "so excited".
So am I.
